Order: Allow currency to be specified in the URL

          Description

          Users need a way to be able to link to an order form or product and have a specific currency selected. Like linking to other items, the currency should be able to be included in the link. Obviously only currencies allowed for the order form can be used.

            This is already supported by the order plugin an has been for a very long time (?currency=USD)
