Description
Apparently the SimpleXML extension shipped with PHP >=7.3, introduced some non-backwards compatible changes in the way XML data is processed and parsed, making the module always return the domain as unavailable.
This may affect other modules using SimpleXML as well, so it is necessary to investigate whether it affects other modules.
