Description
Individual packages can be removed from the full width order summary for wizard style order forms, but not from the 50% width order summary for ajax order forms. Instead, the user must clear everything from cart and start again. Allow individual items to be removed from cart with the fa-ban icon, similar to full width.
Full width has Edit and Remove buttons. If there is space we can do the same thing, or we can just have a red button with fa-ban in it without a text description.
It would make sense to add this to the 50% width order summary pages on wizard style order forms also, as that is shown first, before you continue and see the full width order summary when checking out.
