      Description

When addons are displayed, they can take up a lot of vertical space because we show the package name and the term with a radio button in front of them like so:

      Essentials Email (1 Year @ $20.99 USD)
      Essentials Email (2 Years @ $41.98 USD)
      Essentials Email (3 Years @ $62.97 USD)
      Essentials Email (4 Years @ $83.96 USD)
      Essentials Email (5 Years @ $104.95 USD)
      Business Email (1 Year @ $40.99 USD)
      Business Email (2 Years @ $81.98 USD)
      Business Email (3 Years @ $122.97 USD)
      Business Email (4 Years @ $163.96 USD)
      Business Email (5 Years @ $204.95 USD)
      Microsoft Office 365 (1 Year @ $179.99 USD)
      Microsoft Office 365 (2 Years @ $359.98 USD)
      Microsoft Office 365 (3 Years @ $539.97 USD)
      Microsoft Office 365 (4 Years @ $719.96 USD)
      Microsoft Office 365 (5 Years @ $899.95 USD)
      G Suite (1 Year @ $120.99 USD)
      G Suite (2 Years @ $241.98 USD)
      G Suite (3 Years @ $362.97 USD)
      G Suite (4 Years @ $483.96 USD)
      G Suite (5 Years @ $604.95 USD)

Instead, we could display each Package Name once, with a dropdown selector for term/price on the right. It might be confusing to be able to select a term/price for multiple packages when only 1 would be ordered that had the radio option selected, so there may be a better way to handle that.. but the idea is to consolidate the items to show 1 per Package, and allow the term/price to be selected if the item is chosen. Perhaps we only display the drop down with terms/prices once that specific addon package is chosen.
