- Change the default value for 'Maturity Days' from 10 to 90
- Move settings form to affiliate overview page
- Add link to the top of the affiliate overview page add a link back to the client page "Client# - Client Name ->"
- Remove the "Referral Links" nav item from the client affiliate page
- Non-object error on order_affiliate_controller.php line 32
- Default the payout currency in client interface to the client's default currency
- Default the admin and client payout list pages to the pending tab without changing the order of the tabs
