Description
We should add the ability to set the affiliate cookie from any order form page by adding the 'a' get parameter. It should operate the same as the order/form/a/[code] link, but will instead be something like order/main/index/Wizard?a=[code].
We should also add a note to the client affiliate page mentioning this get parameter. Something like:
"You may also link to a particular order form page as an affiliate by adding ?a=[code] to a link without query parameters or &a=[code] to a link with query parameters"
