Description
In the admin interface we have added a link to the client profile left bar labelled "Manage Affiliate". If the client is not already marked as an affiliate then the admin is redirected to the affiliate add page. We should update this page to auto-populate the client field on this page based on a query parameter. We should also update the link on the profile page to use such a parameter.
