Add/edit/list pages should be added for affiliate payment methods.
Add new link to the admin nav Clients > Affiliate Payment Methods
Add a new list page with an add "+" icon in the header bar and only two columns:
- Name - The payment method name in the admin's language
- Options - Links for edit and delete (use confirmation modal on delete)
New add/edit pages should be created with a name field and tabs for all installed languages
