Client tooltips stop working when navigating status

          Description

          Under Billing > Invoices, Services, Transactions, and possibly elsewhere where the Client ID is shown, a tooltip is displayed when you hover over the Client ID which shows the Client's name. If you navigate to another status other than the default status, the tooltip no longer works, even if you navigate back to the default status.
