Description
Add two new company/client group settings for email verification.
The first should be a checkbox labelled "Enable Email Verification" with a tooltip "Check to send an email verification email when a new login is created or a client changes their email. A notice will appear on the clients profile until they are verified."
The second should be a checkbox labelled "Prevent Payment from Unverified Users" with a tooltip "Check to prevent users with a pending email verification from making payments."
