Description
Create a management page for this plugin the contains a welcome paragraph.
Create a form on this page with the following fields:
- Extension Type - Radio field (Module, Plugin, Gateway)
- Form Type - Drop-down ("Basic", "Advanced") If basic is selected, the following form should use a highly truncated version of their creation forms. Likely only displaying the "Basic Information" portion of each form. Add a tooltip explaining this.
- Add Sample Code Comments - Checkbox (checked by default) [Check to include commented out lines of sample code for features such as Cron Task, Event lists and tie-ins, etc.]
