Description
When installing blesta, an error is encountered for a duplicate entry in the plugins table. This is because the Client Cards plugin is installed twice. Once in the installation code, and for a second time since we run all upgrades on install as well. We should remove client_cards from the list of automatically installed plugins in install.php
