Description
Update Order plugin to add the getMessageTemplates() method with the following record
- action: order_created_staff
- level: staff
- content: ['sms' => same as the Order.received_mobile email]
Update to send this message at the same time as the Order.received_mobile email
licking the Cog/Gear icon in the Orders widget under Billing > Overview as staff should have an additional option for SMS "Do not Send", "Only send if manual approval required" and "Always send".
