Extension Generator: Various module improvements

          Description

          • Add more tooltips to the module generation forms. This is especially applicable to the tables.
          • Add tooltip text for the Extension Location field on the confirmation page
          • Module fields step fails if no rows are added
          • The name_key radio button is automatically selected on the module fields page but it doesn't appear to save
          • When the confirmation page is submitted we should perform a check to make sure that the directory does not already exist in the selected location. If it does, throw an error.
          • Create template files for API request/response and make it conditional on code examples
