Order: Affiliate order recuring setting can't be unchecked

          Description

          1. Go to Clients > Affiliates
          2. Go to General Settings in the left-nav
          3. If Order Recurring is uncheck, check it and save
          4. Return General Settings, uncheck Order Recurring and save
          5. Return once more to General Settings and see that Order Recurring is still checked

          This also applies to individual affiliate settings pages

          1. Go to Clients > Affiliates
          2. Click an affiliate client name to be linked to their settings/overview page
          3. If Order Recurring is uncheck, check it and save
          4. Uncheck Order Recurring and save
          5. See that Order Recurring is still checked
