          Messaging: Core integrations

          Description

          This epic is for tasks associated with integrating the new messaging system into the core. This is an incomplete list of possible core integrations, tasks need to be created.

          • Two-Factor Authentication option for Staff and Clients (e.g. Twilio SMS)
          • Account verification (In addition to email verification. Would need to send a code via SMS, and allow them to enter it to verify their mobile #.)
          • Late notices, payments, invoices
          • Password reset link (Alternative to emailing password reset link)

          Additional plugin related integrations:

          • Order notices for clients
          • Support ticket notices for clients
