I don't fully understand the issue, but it sounds like resellers no longer get IP addresses assigned to them for accounts that they can created. Resellers can now share IP's for this purpose. My thought is to add a new module row field for "Reseller Shared IP", and when a reseller account is created under this server this IP is set for the account if "IP Address" on the Package is set to "Shared".
Additionally, the resellers account should be created with this Reseller Shared IP and not another.
