Description
We are adding support for emoji's in v5 per CORE-3791 (at least support manager, but likely everywhere). We use CKEditor for our WYSIWYG editor. They support an emoji dropdown menu, which we should include. If we support emoji's, we might as well make it obvious, am I right? See https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor4/latest/features/emoji.html
For CKEDitor v5 it looks like we'd need this third party version: https://github.com/wwalc/ckeditor5-emoji
