Description
For Support Manager email templates, like "Ticket Received" we include tags like
{client}and
{ticket}but these are arrays and using those tags specifically will result in a parse error with H2O.
We should come up with a method to indicate when a tag is an array and you can't use it as displayed, or we should list the common tags that are part of that array.
May require some discussion and may impact other areas of Blesta.
