Support Manager: Dropzone is broken when using /index.php/ in URLs

          Description

          To reproduce:

          • Rename the .htaccess file to something else like htaccess
          • Using /index.php/ in the URL, access an existing ticket
          • Note that the page appears broken (See attached screenshot)

          This appears to be the result of the dropzone.js file not being loaded properly.
