Reordering nav item with sub-items causes them to be unmarked

          Description

          • Visit Settings > Company > Look and Feel > Navigation
          • Move a nav item with sub items
          • Click to expand the moved items
          • See that the sub-items now show the expandable icon
          • Save the navigation
          • See that the sub-items are now listed as primary nav items

          It seems that a js event is being improperly triggered when the item is moved that unmarks all the sub-items.
