Client Profile Client ID missing link

          Description

          The Client ID on a client's profile page in the staff area is no longer a link, it should link to the client's profile. It is useful for returning to the client's profile page when you might be under another section like creating an invoice or service, viewing mail log, etc.

          The text should look the same but link to the client's profile.. e.g. "/(admin-route-path)/clients/view/ID"
