      Description

CKEditor decided to remove source view in v5 due to philisophical and logistical considerations discussed here: https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/592.

There are, however, still some use cases where we would like user to be able to add HTML. To that end we should add the CKEditor HTML embed plugin here: https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/features/html-embed.html

The docs show a preview, but for our interface that is likely not practical. For example we may want to preview HTML that will be displayed in the client area, but the preview will be affected by the admin area styles. So we'll forgo the preview.
