Description
The dropzone extends toward the top of the ticket reply page in the staff area. See the attached screenshot, all areas indicated by blue, if clicked, open the attachment dialogue. Often when selecting options for a ticket, I click off into one of the blue areas which gets annoying.
This appears to impact the client area in a much lesser extent, affecting the area only directly above the dropzone so the client area may be fine.
