Editing a contact as a client does not show permissions if enabled for login

          Description

          The permissions for a contact in the client interface do not appear when editing the contact if "Enable Login" is checked. Unchecking "Enable Login" then displays the permissions, but changing them and saving removes the contacts access because "Enable Login" is not checked.
