Order: Affiliate signup page directs users to log in even if they are logged in

          Description

          To reproduce, enable the affiliate system as an admin. Then, in a new session visit:

          http://domain.com/order/affiliates/

          Click the "Log In" button.
          Login as a client

          Click Affiliates or re-visit the URL above. It still says that you need to login.
