          Description

          Steps to reproduce:

          • Install the Mass Mailer plugin
          • Go to Tools > Mass Mailer and click to create a job [+]
          • Note that the page is broken. There should be 4?? columns. I believe these used bootstrap 3 columns, and were probably not updated for bootstrap 4
