Description
Under Package > Package Groups, click on a Package Group row to expand it and show the member Packages. Packages can me sorted by drag and drop in the group. Hover over a package and ../images/icon_move.gif is displayed in the far left column. This is a 16x16 pixel gif, it should be updated to use a font awesome icon. arrows-alt would be the most similar icon, unless we are already using a different icon elsewhere in Blesta for drag-n-drop

We should also check to see if this icon is used anywhere else in Blesta, and update those locations also.
