          Description

          "Undefined variable: option_attributes on line 91 in ....\plugins\order\views\templates\wizard\main_index_list.pdt"

          To reproduce:

          • Enable error_reporting in config/blesta.php
          • Create a none package with a USD pricing term
          • Assign the package to two package groups "none group" and "none group 2"
          • Create a wizard list type order form with USD and JPY
          • Assign the "none group" and "none group 2" to the order form
          • Visit the order form
          • Change the currency to JPY
          • Receive the error
