If Letter Size is A4, show a warning within PostalMethods section of invoice delivery

          Description

          PostalMethods throws an error if your Paper Size is set to A4 instead of Letter. Under Settings > Company > Billing/Payment > Invoice Delivery, if PostalMethods is enabled, show a warning box at the top of the PostalMethods section that says:

          Your invoice Paper Size is set to A4, which is not compatible with PostalMethods. Attempts to deliver invoices through PostalMethods will fail unless you update your Paper Size to Letter.
