Often times people make changes to the email templates (Under Settings > Company > Emails) and break it or for one reason or another want to restore the "default" language.

Add an option (Similar to loading Sample content on Package Welcome Email) under each Email template that will replace the HTML/Text content and Subject with the default/recommended content. We can store this in a file for each template. This may be something we can only support initially in the core. If we add support for plugins, plugins will need to provide this content on their own.

Couple thoughts on this:

1. Provides a simple way for a client to revert to the default email content, should they mess it up.
2. Allows us to ship a more modern/updated version of email content in future versions of Blesta that would not normally be included out of the box, because doing so would require that we overwrite potentially modified templates on upgrade.
3. If doing a fresh install, post install we could potentially overwrite templates with the sample templates we ship with Blesta, but not do this on an upgrade. This would allow us to use the most recent recommended language on install but not on upgrade.
