Domain Manager: Improve update indicator for tld option checkboxes

          Description

          Right now, when an option is checked we display a message box saying that the tld has been updated. The problem is that if another option is checked before the message is dismissed, it is not clear whether it succeeded.

          We could add spinning loader icon next to the option that was checked or perhaps somewhere else visible on the page. Or we could dismiss the current message.

            If it's simple enough, I prefer a spinner icon directly next to the box that you checked.
