Description
To Reproduce:
- Login as a client
- Visit "manage account"
- Under the authentication tab click the checkbox to "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
- Click to save
- Get an error and revisit the authentication tab
- See that the checkbox is checked, but the 2FA section is not expanded
