Description
While we should keep the external name as "Domain Manger", in all internal references we want to change the name to "domains" for cleaner file names, urls, etc. Here is a short and non-comprehensive list of locations we'll need to change:
- github repository should be renamed blesta/domains
- Language keys should be changed from DomainManager.... to Domains....
- File names should be renamed from domain_manager_ to domains_
