Domain Manager: Simplify widget headers and nav link

          Description

          Currently the widget headers for each of the domain manager pages reads "Domain Manager - ..." . Lets remove "Domain Manager - ".

          Also the Domain list page is labeled "Browse Domains" in the sidebar navigation. Rename that to "Domains".
