DirectAdmin: Allow usernames to be longer than 8 characters

          Description

          We generate an 8 character username in DirectAdmin, but the module also enforces an 8 character limit, but some people have longer usernames and may be importing those services. It seems that DA allows usernames up to 30 characters.

          Update the service rule so that the username can be between 4 and 30 characters.
