Domain Manager: Add tooltip for Auto Renewal

          Description

          Auto Renewal is often offered by registrars, but it differs slightly from the Auto Renewal column in Blesta.

          In light of this the Auto Renewal column in the domain list should have a tooltip:

          Auto Renewal for Blesta means that the user will be invoiced automatically and that the domain will be renewed once the invoice is paid.
