Description
There should be a company / client group setting "Allow Clients to Manually Renew Services" which should go under the "Invoice and Charge Options" section.
Check to allow clients to order addons for any of their services that support them.
A tooltip should be added to the new setting "Check to allow clients to manually renew their services in advance of their renewal date."
This setting should be enabled by default (add an upgrade to set this company setting)
