Domain Manager: Add "Domains" navigation link

          Description

          Add a new client subnav item for "Domains" under the "Services" navigation item. This should link to the same widget as the domains client card.

              It looks like the Domains link in the client area appears as a primary nav item rather than a sub-nav item under Services like this task describes. It might be better as it's own primary nav link, while domains are technically services most people do not think of them as the same. Did we decide to do it this way for any particular reason? At this point, I think it's probably better if we leave it as a primary nav item, but curious what the thought process was.
