Description
When loading the config option logic editing page, we sometimes show the wrong operator.
To reproduce:
- Create a new config option group
- Create 2 dropdown config options, each with 2 options, and assign them to the group
- Edit config option logic for the group
- Create a condition for option 2 that says "show value 1 if option 1 != value 2"
- After saving, re-edit and see that the comparison operator is now "=" when it should be "!="
