          Description

          Add a new setting (to the config file?) curl_verify_ssl. When enabled, modules should use the CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER and CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST curl options.

          We should update the following modules (and create a subtask for each):
