Description
Currently, condition sets for radio or dropdown options are applied to show/hide only one of the option's values. Instead of the current dropdown to select a value, we should add a multiselect.
To do this we'll need to restructure the database, possibly some package_option_condition_set_values table
We'd also need to to derive the appropriate conditions from this when constructing config option logic
