Renewal Price does not accept comma separated decimal values

      Description

      Trying to enter a decimal value separated by commas leads to a "Renewal price must be a number." error.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Go to Settings > Currencies > Active Currencies and update EUR to the following format: 1.234,56
      • Create a new Configurable Option and enter the following pricing:
      • 1 Month
      • Currency: EUR
      • Price: 10,99
      • Renewal Price: 0,00
      • Click on "Create"
        The following error message will be displayed: Renewal price must be a number.
