Description
It appears that one time addon packages may show up priced as 0.00 when they are addons to a domain name, when the domain is being transferred.
To reproduce, using the domain manager, configure some TLDs with a transfer price of 0.00. Create an addon package group to the "TLDs Pricing Packages" group and assign a Package with a one-time price.
On the order form, enter a domain to transfer, and observe the price of the addon on the next step.
