Description

Restrictions should only be applied if the feature/config option is enabled on the TLD/package.

For DNS Management:

Research if there are relevant api options
Make the display of both DNS tabs dependent on the dns_management config option

For Email Forwarding:

Add a new email forwarding configuration tab and limit access based on the config option

For ID Protection:

Research if there are relevant api options
On the settings tab make the display and submission of the whois privacy option dependent on the id_protection config option

For EPP Code:

Research if there are relevant api options
On the settings tab make the display and submission of the epp request and regisrar lock options dependent on the epp_code config option
