A new package setting will be added by CORE-1755 which will cause override prices to be set automatically on all services ordered through the package.
Let's add a checkbox to the Domain Options > Configuration > Advanced page labeled "Set override price on domains". This checkbox should have a tooltip "Set an override price on all newly ordered domains, thereby preventing them from being affected by future price changes."
