Order: TLD pricing table shows rows for every term

          Description

          On the domain order forms when the domain manager is installed, we show a table of available TLDs and their price. The problem is that we show this for every term set. We should only show one record for each TLD using the minimum available term. We should also make sure we're not showing duplicate records if the pricing is set in multiple currencies.
