Description
Under Packages > Domain Options > TLD Pricing with a fresh install and the default .com/net/org or when adding new TLDs and setting pricing, only the first TLD you edit to set pricing/options is saved unless you refresh the TLD Pricing page between editing each TLD.
To reproduce:
1. click edit on the first TLD and edit the price, after hitting the Update button, it gets submitted and you get a green success message on the top
2. without refreshing click a second TLD and edit the price, hit Update, you see that the page gets refreshed and no green success message, and checking that tld again, no changes were saved.
