Stripe Payments: Transactions refunded instead of voided

          Description

          To reproduce:

          1. Create a cc payment account with stripe
          2. Start the "Make payment" process with that account and continue to the review page
          3. Abandon that payment before confirming
          4. Start another "make payment" and continue to the review page
          5. Check the gateway logs and see that a refund was attempted instead of a void
