Description
To reproduce:
- Create an ACH payment account with stripe
- Start the "Make payment" process with that account and continue to the review page
- Abandon that payment before confirming
- Start another "make payment" and continue to the review page
- Check the gateway logs and see that a refund was attempted instead of a void
